Job Description
Invited is seeking a Director of Player Development to enhance golf participation and member value. The role focuses on creating and managing a comprehensive program including golf clinics, player development activities, marketing events, and member retention. It's a dynamic position within a growing private club industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Golf Professional
- PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion
- College degree preferred
- Direct responsibility with financial responsibilities
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
