Job Description
First Focus is seeking a Support Technician to work remotely for their Australia-based MSP, Cloud Tango. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills across the entire cloud infrastructure, participate in paid training, and join a team with a focus on innovation and team culture. They emphasize problem-solving, user experience, and a flexible work environment.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of AD (Azure primarily) and end-user support
- Solid grasp of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
- Comfort across the stack—from desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN included
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Great comms, attitude, and problem-solving skills
- Driver's license + car (for onsite/client sites)
