Requirements
- Deep knowledge of AD (primarily Azure, some on-prem)
- Solid grasp of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
- Comfort across the stack—from desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN
- Experience with ticketing systems and user management
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Driver's license and car (for onsite missions)
