As a Merchant Growth Specialist, you'll focus on re-engaging inactive merchants through proactive outreach, personalized training, and ongoing support, helping them achieve consistent, long-term success.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- B2B experience is ideal
- Experience in consumer lending, SaaS or financial services is preferred
- Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Confident and professional speaking and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
