Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in direct sales, account management, or B2B customer success.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you know how to engage business owners and sales teams effectively.
- You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, able to build rapport and handle various client needs effectively.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
