Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive expansion, retention, and strategic influence across top-tier accounts. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership, leading our largest and most complex partnerships, and mentoring and supporting the development of other KAMs.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Executive-level communication and strong interpersonal skills
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Commercial Sharpness: Understanding what drives growth and taking ownership of outcomes
- Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to align customer objectives with Famly's business goals
- Calm Under Pressure: Handling high-stakes challenges and escalations with maturity and confidence
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to analyze customer data
