Medical Assistant - Float

Family Care Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide care for clinic patients under supervision of the physician or advanced provider. The Medical Assistant will assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care, function as a liaison between patients, staff, pharmacy, and physician/advanced provider, and perform various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of formal training program as a medical assistant
• 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Electronic Medical Record experience and health insurance (preferred)
• RMA or CMA certification (preferred)
• BLS (preferred)
• Current driver’s license
