Medical Assistant

Family Care Center is a behavioral health provider seeking a Medical Assistant to provide care for patients under the supervision of a physician or nurse practitioner. The role involves escorting patients, interviewing patients, taking vital signs, and documenting information in patient charts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of formal training program as a medical assistant
• 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Electronic Medical Record experience and health insurance (preferred)
• RMA or CMA certification (preferred)
• BLS (preferred)
