Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the upkeep of our apartment communities, supervises a diverse staff, and ensures customer happiness and comfort. This is a busy and exciting job for someone committed to preservation and beautification of real estate and passionate about residential property management.

Requirements

• Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience required
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Availability to be on-call and responsive to after hour emergencies
• A valid driver's license is required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
