Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing the upkeep and appearance of apartment communities, supervising a diverse staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (strongly preferred)
• Ability to read and comprehend budgets
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Availability to be on-call and responsive to after hour emergencies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
