Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor at Block 334 Apartments is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the property, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and providing excellent customer service to residents. The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work, as well as supervisory experience and ability to read and comprehend budgets. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Availability to be on-call and responsive to after hour emergencies
• A valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
