LPN position available at Extendicare Michener Hill in Red Deer, Alberta. The LPN will provide resident care, develop individualized care plans, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- Registered in good standing with CLPNA
- Caring, compassionate, dependable, ethical and mature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Critical thinking skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current CPR and First Aide
- Experience with MDS-RAI assessments
