Job Description
Extendicare Michener Hill is seeking a Part-time LPN to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MDS-RAI assessments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- Registered in good standing with CLPNA
- Caring, compassionate, dependable, ethical and mature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Critical thinking skills
- Good time management skills
- Current CPR and First Aide
- Experience with MDS-RAI assessments
