LPN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Extendicare Michener Hill in Red Deer, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing resident care, developing individualized care plans, and supervising Health Care Aides.

Requirements

• Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• Registered in good standing with CLPNA
• Caring, compassionate, dependable, ethical and mature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations
• Critical thinking skills
• Good time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Current CPR and First Aide
• Experience with MDS-RAI assessments
