District Sales Executive

The District Sales Executive orchestrates involvement of multiple people in our Sales process, so that new customer revenue is consistently secured for our district office and Expeditors network. The role is focused on attracting, closing local accounts and ensuring continual business growth within the District.

Requirements

• Achieve District / company revenue and sales objectives per company established expectations
• Drive sales growth through prospecting by cold calling, planning and conducting face-to-face meetings with potential customers
• Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area
• Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool
• Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
• Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the DSM
