BabyCenter and What to Expect are trusted global brands supporting millions of parents through every stage of pregnancy and parenting. We’re looking for an Associate Community Manager to expand how we show up for parents beyond our owned platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or a related digital role.
- Familiarity with online communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Instagram) and how people interact in them.
- Ability to spot trends and pitch content ideas based on community conversations.
- Excellent writing skills with an ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting parents.
