The Business Development Lead will lead outbound business development efforts and drive new client acquisition across EverService’s portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a proven background selling marketing solutions to attorneys/law firms or home service and trade businesses, and thrives in a performance-driven, partnership-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EverService’s brands in assigned verticals (home services or legal)
- Build, manage, and expand alliances that drive qualified lead volume and measurable revenue growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and outbound prospecting strategies to grow the mid-market client base
- Ensure existing and new partners achieve full revenue potential through ongoing engagement, performance tracking, and enablement
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align outreach campaigns, events, and client messaging
- Represent EverService and its portfolio brands at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to expand market presence
- Develop and maintain account plans, set quarterly targets, and deliver reporting on lead flow, conversion, and ROI
- Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities within the legal and home services sectors
