Job Description
EvergreenHealth is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist II to maintain and optimize Epic ClinDoc functionality for inpatient acute care areas. The role involves collaboration with clinical teams, workflow analysis, system upgrades, and training new users. The specialist will act as a liaison between the clinical and IT departments to streamline workflows and ensure compliance. This position focuses on optimizing the use of clinical systems and enhancing clinical process through training and support.
Requirements
- Works with users to define system requirements.
- Performs workflow analysis of multidisciplinary healthcare provider activities.
- Leads and facilitates interdepartmental communication.
- Develops unit, functional, and integration test plans.
- Monitors system performance and provides feedback.
