Job Description
Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support the operations of their Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care departments. This role involves phone support, scheduling, intake and referral assistance, and insurance case management. The position is vital for the efficient operation and support of the healthcare services.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2 years of clerical support experience with a minimum of 1 year working in a medical field setting
- Proficient in Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge and familiarity of contracts
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
