As Team Lead Key Account Management, you will lead a 8-person Key Account Team and ensure excellent customer care and development. Your goal is to maintain stable and growing customer relationships, develop processes, and achieve growth and sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or comparable field
- Natural leadership skills
- Good German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Experience with event industry (touchpoints)
