We are looking for a Founders Associate to join our Growth Team and take the first step into the world of SaaS Sales. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and supporting complex tenders and price negotiations.
Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS area
- Communicative, curious, and able to win others over to new ideas
- Initiative to approach people and not afraid of cold calls or conversations with decision-makers
- Quick grasp and structured way of working
- Analytical approach and ability to keep a clear head even with complex numbers
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent German and very good English
