Patient Service Representative - Watson Primary Care

The Patient Service Representative will primarily cover check-out duties for the office, answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, checking patients in, collecting co-payments, and maintaining a positive office image at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
