Patient Service Representative - Sunset Hills - 4 Day Week!

We are seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our GI Office in Sunset Hills! The ideal candidate will be highly visible in their interactions with patients and project a positive office image at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of different types of health insurance plans
• Ability to recognize priority or emergency phone calls
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Windows-based PC environment
