Job Description
Epiroc is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Product Specialist to join their dynamic and expanding Product Support team. The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to working safely and looking after their colleagues, as well as experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role. The role involves commissioning new equipment, providing quality after-sales technical support, implementing machine upgrades, and sharing technical knowledge with customers and internal personnel.
Requirements
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role
- Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation
- Passion to continuously improve
- Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice
