Product Manager

Epiroc is hiring a Product Manager UMR – Sales & Marketing Support based in Perth. The role is responsible for the administration of the UMR (Underground) capital equipment business, including quote management, local modifications for the Australian market, and supporting the greater UMR business and sales team.

Requirements

• Understand and perform all administrative processes required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery.
• Work with the Australian Product Delivery team on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs, and quality.
• Maintain quote templates with the latest information.
• Administrate equipment in the UMR Underground Hire Fleet.
• Become well-versed in UMR (Underground) products and their available options.
• Update the sales team as required.
• Engage with other product managers around marketing and conferences.
• Develop a understanding of other business lines and how their product interacts/fits with capital equipment sales.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and foster positive relationships with other business lines to maximize Epiroc opportunities.
