Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities across our specialty chemical portfolio. As Business Development Manager, you will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new business prospects, build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders, and drive new product introductions, market entry strategies, and pricing models in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
