Business Development Manager

MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on Advanced Interconnect Assembly (AIA) technologies and applications within the segment related to high-performance assembly materials. This role involves driving business, collaborating with sales teams, advising customers, and ensuring long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical insights in solder paste, flux, and lidseal materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Mechanics, Electronics, Material Science or equivalent or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a comparable role and 7 years of technical expertise.
• Proven track record of commercial successes related to advanced packaging materials.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to troubleshoot and resolve chemical issues.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
