Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide clinical services to students in public schools. ESS offers a dynamic environment with significant growth opportunities and a focus on improving the mental health of youth. The role involves providing group and individual therapy, working with families, and coordinating with other school staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Clinical license in social work (LMSW/LCSW), counseling (LPCA/LPC) or marriage and family therapy (LMFTA/LMFT) in the state where services are provided.
- Familiarity with working in or collaborating with school districts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using a computer.
- Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation.
