Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to join their team. They are a leading provider of school-based mental health services for K-12 students, offering a dynamic work environment with extensive training and professional development opportunities. This role focuses on providing clinical services to a small group of students, ensuring their mental and academic stability within a school setting.
Requirements
- Provides group therapy, individual counseling, and family counseling.
- Engages families through family programming with monthly evening Parent Support groups.
- Understands the continuum of mental health services and coordinates care with an appropriate level of care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.
- Must have 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
