Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within Public Schools. The position offers clinical growth opportunities, extensive training, and a focus on promoting student mental health and stability. ESS is a leading provider of school-based mental health services, serving over 6,000 students in 12 states.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with technology.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with students and families, and community health/social service agencies.
