Job Description
We are seeking a Web Application Support Specialist to assist with technical issues related to our web applications and APIs, provide high-quality support to users, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and solve issues.
Requirements
- Provide immediate assistance on issues triggered by intensive users of EcoVadis tools
- Troubleshoot reported issues, diagnose bugs, and identify root causes
- Provide instructions and clear steps to reproduce issues to support developers in understanding the nature of the problem to be fixed and evaluate any necessary retroactive actions
