Customer Success Coordinator - German and French Speaker

We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our Southern Europe team in Barcelona, bringing energy and passion to manage the success of EcoVadis' customers.

• Empower customers on their program implementation
• Enable customers to monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIs
• Represent the customer voice within EcoVadis to adapt tools and processes to customer needs
• Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere
