Requirements
- Empower customers on their program implementation: assisting with creating powerful communication, helping them identify appropriate actions, delivering training sessions, answering clients’ operational questions
- Enable customers to monitor their performance, reach their pre-defined strategic goals, and increase the adoption of subscribed solutions
- Represent the customer voice within EcoVadis to adapt tools and processes to customer needs
- 2+ years successful customer support experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Knowledge of procurement systems and/or SaaS solutions
