We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead a team of Customer Care professionals in Antwerp and Liège. You will contribute to the next growth phase of our platforms and help consumers make informed choices in insurance, energy, and financial products.

- Experience in a leadership role in a customer-facing environment
- Result-oriented with strong communication skills and a high empathetic capacity
- Proactive and innovative with a structured and organized approach
- Fluent Dutch (native) and very good French
