Customer Service Executive UD

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive (Control Tower UD) and be involved in operational, commercial, and administrative tasks related to the transport of goods and materials. You will be the coordination point and contact person for customers, planning, dispatching, and warehouse management.

Requirements

• Effective communication and problem-solving ability
• Accuracy and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and organized
• Team player with flexibility and availability in the day shift
• Experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
