Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success or a related GTM role
- Data-driven by default; you rely on signals, dashboards, and leading indicators to prioritize your week
- Strong communicator who can guide traditional, operational customers with confidence and structure
- Solid project and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German & English and confident navigating discussions with operational and managerial stakeholders across the DACH region
