Job Description
DEX Imaging is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Copier & Printer Installer & Service Technician with extensive experience in the installation, customer training, and repair of high-end printers. The role involves travel to different locations in the United States, and a strong focus on customer support and problem-solving. The position is an in-office role with potential for travel.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing and servicing copiers, printers, and MFPs.
- Strong understanding of networking, print drivers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Ability to stay current with technologies.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs.).
