Job Description
DEX Imaging is seeking a skilled Copier and Printer Installer & Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer support for high-end multifunction printers. The role involves installation, training, repair, and documentation of equipment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires travel to different markets at least 3 weeks per month.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing and servicing copiers, printers, and MFPs.
- Strong understanding of networking, print drivers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
