Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Copier and Printer Installer & Service Technician with experience in high-end MFP installation, training, and repair. The role requires travel for at least 3 weeks per month, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer support. Detailed technical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing and servicing copiers, printers, and MFPs.
- Strong understanding of networking, print drivers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Certifications from major OEMs (preferred) is a plus.
