General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Manayunk team and elevate daily operations, hospitality, and results in a vibrant, community-driven, multi-unit restaurant concept.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager in a restaurant setting
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Financial acumen—comfortable analyzing P&L, labor costs, and food costs
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure
• Proactive problem solver with a hands-on mentality
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
