Requirements
- Proven experience in administration and coordination roles
- Strong organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of work within tight timeframes
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Experience in financial administration (invoices, purchase orders)
- A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to help across the office
