Experience in OD, project management, and leadership development required

3-5 years of experience in leading complex interagency policy work, policy and legislative design, and analytical problem-solving

Archival, heritage, or preservation experience; strong relationship management; administration, facilitation, and training delivery skills; initiative and independence

Extensive experience in testing, strong understanding of SDLC and Agile, and degree in Information Systems

Proven administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent organisational skills are required

5+ years of experience in public experiences, education programmes, marketing and communications, and strong project management skills

5+ years of experience in media/PR, deep understanding of NZ politics, exceptional writing and coaching skills, digital fluency, and process awareness

Post graduate qualification, experience with born-digital collections, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively

Experience in regulatory policy, strong analytical skills, and effective communication and relationship-building skills

Strong track record in political advisory work, ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, and proven ability to manage high workloads and communicate clearly
