Events Manager - Prime Minister's Office

The Prime Minister's Office is seeking an Events Manager to join his team, leading the coordination of the Prime Minister's domestic visits programme and ensuring the success of events across New Zealand.

Requirements

• Strategic planning and forward scheduling
• Event management and on-the-ground support
• Building strong relationships with Ministerial offices, Members of Parliament, agencies, and event organisers nationwide
• Working closely with the Prime Minister's media team to align events with communications and policy priorities
• Managing tight deadlines and responding quickly to changing circumstances
• Engaging confidently with Ministers, MPs, stakeholders, and community groups
• Preparing briefings, event notes, and speech materials
