Job Description
The Sunny Hotel is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to coordinate all aspects of events, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests. The role involves liaisoning with customers and hotel sales, providing guidance during events, and directly serving group and catering customers. A leader and problem-solver, this position thrives under pressure and offers professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
- Professional appearance and confidence
- Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
