Requirements
- Customer interaction: Handle all pre-holiday customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Expert advice: Offer guidance and recommendations to customers as they plan their holidays, helping them make informed booking decisions.
- Booking management: Process new holiday bookings and manage changes or cancellations to existing reservations with efficiency and care.
- Problem solving: Address and resolve any pre-travel issues or complaints, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Brand representation: Embody the values of Sunweb Group across all interactions, creating a seamless and personalised customer journey.
