Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in strategic recruiting, hiring, or staffing
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, ability to use your own vehicle, proof of automobile insurance
- Time management skills and tech/ system savviness is a must
- Proven track record in generating a strong, relevant candidate pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships, apply critical thinking and out-of-the-box recommendations
- Able to prioritize multiple stakeholders, projects, open positions, and responsibilities to successfully meet deadlines
