Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Backend Production Support Engineer to join a team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures projects. The role involves technical development, customer support, system reliability, and collaboration with SRE to deliver scalable applications. Emphasis on solving problems and proactively identifying potential issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application or technical support.
- Experience with shell scripting, Ruby, Golang and SQL technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems and logging systems (e.g. Datadog, Sumologic, OpenTelemetry).
- Strong analytical skills and proactive issue identification.
