Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Backend Production Support Engineer to contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of software for various ventures projects. The role involves active participation in both technical development and customer support, as well as system reliability and maintenance. The team focuses on building scalable applications and improving the performance of operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application or technical support.
- Experience with shell scripting, Ruby, Golang and SQL technologies.
- Familiar with monitoring systems and logging systems (e.g. Datadog, Sumologic, OpenTelemetry).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
