Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Backend Production Support Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for projects, prioritizing scalability and lean team environments. The role involves both technical development and support, including customer interactions and identifying system-level improvements. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and reliability of the systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application or technical support.
- Experience with shell scripting, Ruby, Golang and SQL technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify issues.
