Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Backend Production Support Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects. This role involves both frontend UI and backend infrastructure development, resolving issues in production, and contributing to system reliability and maintenance. The team emphasizes a lean and scalable approach with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application or technical support
- Experience with shell scripting, Ruby, Golang and SQL technologies
- Familiar with monitoring systems and logging systems (e.g. Datadog, Sumologic, OpenTelemetry)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify issues
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
